Oral vitamins can be used to maintain the effect for longer time period. Injectables are fast and effective for achieving the results within a month or 2 but only oral glutathione may not be effective and take one year to show the minor effect. Glutathione is a highly unstable compound and is not absorbed by oral route properly and mostly is lost in stools. The desired dosage couldn’t reach the blood that’s why injectables are the most effective route.
