Details ;

Try to exercise your treated muscles for the first hour after treatmert (eg practice frowing raising your eyebrows or squinting).

Because this helps to work the teatment into your muscles. Although this may help your procedure outcome.

What you do & not do after treatment;

It will NOT impact your treatment negatively if you forget to do this.

. Do NOT have a facial, nor rub or message the treated area for 24 hous after your treatment.

Do NOT lie down or do strenuous exercise for 24 hours after treatmert. Also, avoid any expesure to a sauna , steam , hot tub or tanning for 24 hours.

This will prevent the unwanted migration of the injection to other areas of face and also minimize the risk of bruising after treatment.

• Please be aware that some, though very few patients, experience a mild headache. You may take Tylenol to help with this for pain relief.

• Be assured that tiny bumps or marks will go away within a few hours after your treatment. There is a small bruising. If this occus, do not worry since it will be temporary and can easily be covered with makeup.

Any kind of bruising may last upto one week.

Do not drink alcohol for at least one week after this treatment.

Alcohol makes the metabolism faster to help disappear the effect of injections faster. So, it wont be last longer if you drink alcohol in high levels.

What you do & not do after the treatment;

1. Refrain from touching the treated area for 3-4 hours. After this time, when you wash the area.

Do so gently and pat it dry carefully with a soft towel. Do not rub the treated area for 48 hours.

2. Remain upright far 4 hours and avoid excessive bending during this time. If you have to bend down to pick something bend your knees and keep your face upright.

3.Avoid sleeping an your face for the first night.

Do exercise the treated muscles by tensing them and relaxirg them for the first hour after treatmentas, this helps the Botulinum Toxin to be absorbed more quickly into active muscles.

5. When applying your make-up or moisturiser use dabbing motions instead of rubbing or spreading for 48 hours.

6. Botulinum Toxin takes trom 2 to 14 days to become effective. Also this is dependent on the strength of the muscles injected and the individual response.

7. Do not have any facial treatments that may promote *tracking’ of the Botulinum Toxin to neighbouring areas, for 7 days.

8. Do not fly within the first 24 hours.
